Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2-4 business days. For custom-printed items, please allow additional time for design approval and production. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days once the order is dispatched.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days once the order is dispatched.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days once the order is dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Custom Orders Delivery Time
For custom-printed orders of fewer than 12 pieces, the delivery time is approximately 9-12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Larger orders may take additional time based on the quantity and complexity of the design.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For bulk orders, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@chclothingsolution.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For damaged items, please provide photos and a description of the damage.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address.
