No Returns or Exchanges on Custom-Printed Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Once your design is approved and the printing process has begun, all sales are final. Please ensure that you review your design and order details thoroughly before placing the order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only process cancellations if the printing process has not yet started. Once printing begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item and a description of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Custom Items

For non-custom items, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact us for a return authorization before sending the item back.

Refund Process

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
